Refund Policy

 

Events:

Maureen Simon Consulting issues a 50% refund up to15 days prior to scheduled events. Thereafter, refunds are not available within the 14 days preceding the event. Notice must be received in writing at maureen@theessentialfeminine.com

 

 

Products:

Refunds on tangible products are available in the following circumstances.

• Non-delivery of the products

• Major defects in our physical products. Such issues must be reported to TEF within 48 hours of receipt. Notice must be in writing at maureen@theessentialfeminine.com

 

 

Consulting:

All consulting services booked in 3 or 6-month blocks, will be as agreed in writing under contract prior to the first session by a formal consulting agreement.

 

All one-time sessions are non-refundable once booked and may be used up to one year from date of payment.
